Embassy Suites Cleveland - Beachwood, Beachwood

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although very comfortable, were located quite far back, making it a long trek to reach the restaurant, bar, and exit. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond, but there were some unfriendly encounters. The location was convenient, close to highway 271 and with easy parking, but there were small lapses like coffee stains and missing sanitizer stations. The dining was good overall, but with limited fresh fruit options. Facilities were good, with a small yet safe pool. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

The service was top-notch, with staff preparing delicious fresh omelets. The location was exceptional, near various restaurants and entertainment spots. Dining was great with a hot breakfast and made-to-order omelets, although at times understaffed. Overall, a pleasant experience with some minor drawbacks.

The hotel offers comfy and clean rooms, with friendly staff welcoming guests. The dining experience has some room for improvement, but the well-maintained pool area adds to the overall enjoyment. While the value for money is decent, certain aspects like late check-outs may not always be available.
